We were pleased to receive two awards for artwork in the latest Natural Art Exhibition competition held by Light Space Time.
The first piece of art that won an award is this graphite drawing of a Canada Goose. The Canada Goose is a large wild goose species with a black head and neck, white cheeks, white under its chin, and a brown body that is native to arctic and temperate regions of North America. This drawing made it into the Special Merit Award category. The Special Merit Award category is where the gallery placed artwork that was top tier in its category.
This pastel painting of a lion received Special Recognition in the Painting & Other Media category. The Painting & Other Media category is considered to be any art where pigment was applied to a two-dimensional surface, such as canvas, paper, or panel.
